All of our yard ornaments are made of ¼ inch steel frames, handcrafted for quality and durability. They are painted with genuine Rustoleum paint to endure outside weather condition for years. We use high quality UL approved lights with 2.5 inch spacing. If one bulb goes out the rest of the lights will stay lit. Our lights are held on with ¼ inch clips that will not decay like tape does after a couple of years. All prices do not include any shipping charges.
GUARANTEES
We, The Holiday Light Store, guarantee the workmanship and quality of our products. Any product defects or product that has not been filled as ordered, will be accepted for a return within 5 days upon receipt of the product. Report any problems immediately by calling our toll-free number at 1-866-458-LITE
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have placed an order, it may be cancelled at no charge if the item(s) has not been shipped. For any item(s) that has been shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to pay all shipping charges and return charges; same applies to any order refused at delivery.
AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. All items purchased online will be supplied at the cost shown when the order is placed. Please allow 7 to 10 days for shipping.
RETURNS
Damaged or defective products: Any damaged or defective products must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of the item(s) at 1-866-458-LITE. In the event that you would like to return the item(s) to The Holiday Light Store, you must first contact us for authorization. No returns will be accepted without authorization.
DAMAGES
In the event that you receive a damaged item(s), you must notify us within 5 days upon receipt of the item(s). Only after authorization, will the returned item(s) be accepted. Upon return of the damaged item(s), The Holiday Light Store will send a replacement and waive any shipping charges.
OTHER
Any item(s), other than those damaged or defective, that you wish to return to The Holiday Light Store must be authorized. You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of the item(s) to receive authorization. No item will be accepted without authorization. Shipping charges for any item(s) returned, for any reason other than damages or defects, are not the responsibilty of The Holiday Light Store. In addition, a 20% restocking fee will be applied upon return. All item(s) must be returned to us prepaid. We will not credit shipping or restocking fees. ABSOLUTELY no returns will be accepted once said Holiday has past (i.e. Easter, St. Patrick's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas). There will be no deviation to this policy.
