RETURNS


Damaged or defective products: Any damaged or defective products must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of the item(s) at 1-866-458-LITE. In the event that you would like to return the item(s) to The Holiday Light Store, you must first contact us for authorization. No returns will be accepted without authorization.  If the item(s)  being returned are not damaged or defect, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to the customer.  In addition, if the item is not defect or damaged from shipping, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.  No returns will be authorized after a 30-day window for products that are not damaged or defective.   Our Lighted Yard Frames are warrantied for the season they are purchased in.  NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS.     

PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDER TO BE SHIPPED. THIS COULD BE LONGER DURING PEAK SEASON FROM SEPTEMBER-DECEMBER.

Our shipping is not FREE!  Our shipping is not FREE to us!  Shipping is not FREE to any business!  We make NO profit on our shipping charges.  We choose not to mark up our items to cover shipping cost.  In our opinion, this act of "FREE SHIPPING" is a deceitful way to do business. 

All items are subject to availability. Shipping prices are estimates only and subject to change without notice. During the peak Christmas Season shipping may take longer in result of inventory shortages. Large orders will require additional time.  If a item(s) is marked as "Freight Only" The Holiday Light Store will contact the customer for a shipping quote if needed before the product(s) are shipped.  Any shipments to and from Canada and Mexico, customer is responsible for paying all international duty taxes and other pertinent charges at arrival.   Allow 24-48 hours (on all ground and air orders) for order processing after order is received.  If order(s) are requested for quick shipping, (any shipping outside of Ground Shipments)  customer must call the Holiday Light Store to confirm shipping time available.  In regards to Residential Freight Orders, the contracted Freight Company we use, must make an appointment with the Customer before the Freight can be delivered.  If a Business address is indicated on the order for delivery, and the address is in fact a Residential address, the customer will be charged additional Residential Freight fees.  

IF YOUR SHIPPING SEEMS HIGH WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS, TRY SHIPPING THE ITEMS SEPERATELY TO POSSIBLY GET A BETTER RATE.
